Brunch Project












New Curriculum Addition:

With the new program students get a chance to produce a full brunch;

Todays included:

  • Poached Eggs Bearnaise
  • Smoked Salmon Platter
  • Corned Beef Hash
  • Blueberry Blintzes
  • Chayote and Orange Salad
  • Frozen Cappuccino
  • Cinnamon French Toast
